American Oaks Weekend Stakes at Hollywood Park

Hollywood Park is this weekend’s site of the best filly and mare turf racing in the world, the American Oaks Weekend Stakes, combined with nearly $3 million in guaranteed wager pools.
The weekend races starts on Saturday, July 1, when the inaugural running of the $750,000 CashCall Mile Invitational (G3) is sure to whet your appetite for more distaff turf racing.
But the highlight comes Sunday, July 2 with the 5th annual $750,000 American Oaks Invitational (G1) presented by American Airlines contested at 1 ¼ miles. Catch an international group of 3-year-old fillies in a race that has quickly become a marquee event on the racing calendar.
