Breeders’ Cup Challenge Entries: Norfolk Stakes at Santa Anita Park October 4

Sunday’s $300,000 Norfolk Stakes at Santa Anita Park on October 4 will be contested by 12 two-year-old colts running 1 1/16 miles.

The Norfolk Stakes winner will gain a spot in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile field on November 7 as part of the Breeders’ Cup 2009 ChallengeSBG Global Racebook. Norfolk Stakes entries carrying jockeys 122 pounds in post position order:

  1. Sterling Outlook under jockey Tyler Baze
  2. Lookin At Lucky under jockey Garrett Gomez
  3. Alfarabi under jockey Alex Solis
  4. Lucky Rave (GB) under jockey Corey Nakatani
