Eight older race horses will be running in the $150,000 Tiznow Handicap at Louisiana Downs on Super Derby Day, September 20, Saturday.
The 1 1/16-mile Tiznow Handicap is a 2008 Breeders’ Cup Challenge “Win & You’re In” horse race where the winner will be part of the Breeders’ Cup field for the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile on October 25 at Santa Anita Park.
Louisiana Downs’s Tiznow Handicap field of horses with jockeys and weight line up as follows:
- Got the Last Laugh under jockey Joe Talamo carries 113 lbs.
- Dreamsandvisions under jockey John Jacinto, 112 lbs.
- Etesaal under jockey Francisco Torres, 111 lbs.
- Jonesboro under jockey Robby Albarado, 119 lbs.
- Smokeyjonessutton under jockey Kent Desormeaux, 115 lbs.
- Longley under jockey Jamie Theriot II, 113 lbs.
- Autobeacat under jockey Donnie Meche, 116 lbs.
- Crook’s Stinger under jockey Rico Flores, 112 lbs.
The Tiznow Handicap is the race 8 of 13 horse races in Louisiana Downs’s September 20 Super Derby Day card. Tiznow Handicap post time is 3:34 pm.

- $150,000 Happy Ticket Stakes at 1 1/16 miles on turf for 2-year-old fillies (7th race).
