With less than two months until Breeders’ Cup XXIII at Churchill Downs, Bernardini is the obvious favorite after his 5 1/4 length win at the Preakness.
On August 26, 2006, Bernardini also won the Travers Stakes by 7 lengths over Bluegrass Cat.
