Oprah Winney stars at Aqueduct

NEW YORK (AP) — Oprah Winney beat Silvestris by three lengths in Wednesday’s $69,050 Randaroo Stakes at Aqueduct, the filly’s second win in five starts this year.
Ridden by Pablo Fragoso, Oprah Winney covered 6 furlongs in 1:10.80 over the fast track in the race for 2-year-old fillies.
The winner earned $41,430 for owner Michael Dubb and paid $10, $4.60 and $4.60. Silvestris placed at $4.50 and $3.20 while Livermore Valley showed at $3.30.
