Take D’Tour Wins Big at Calder’s Florida Million Racing Festival

(AP) — Take D’Tour defeated Tiger Belle by 3 3/4 lengths to win the $200,000 Elmer Heubeck Distaff Handicap, one of eight races Saturday in the Florida Million at Calder Race Course.
Ridden by Eibar Coa, Take D???Tour covered the 1 1/16 miles in 1:46.69 to pay $3.20, $2.40 and $2.20. Tiger Belle paid $8.20 and $5.40, while Running Lass returned $6.40 to show.
Rehoboth beat Dazzling Dr. Cevin by a head to win the $200,000 Carl G. Rose Classic. Also ridden by Coa, Rehoboth covered the 1 1/8 miles in 1:52:57 to pay $5.40, $3.20 and $2.80. Dazzling Dr.
Cevin paid $15.40 and $6.80, while Summer Book returned $3.60 to show.
Meanwhile, D’artagnans’spirit beat Eternal Look to win the $150,000 Jack Dudley Sprint Handicap. Revved Up defeated Magic Mecke by a half-length to win the $150,000 Bonnie Heath Turf Cup. Secretsoftheheart beat Bianco to win the $150,000 Joe O???Farrell Juvenile Fillies. Dream of Angels held off a fast-closing Green Vegas to win the $150,000 Jack Price Juvenile.Soldier???s Dancer beat Villainage by an impressive 6 3/4 lengths to win the $100,000 Arthur Appleton Juvenile Turf. Pay Wright beat Dantrelle Light to win the $100,000 John Franks Juvenile Fillies Turf.
